Description
Guests may want to dine alfresco on this patio at the table and chairs or just enjoy all the sights and sounds of the beach nearby. The kitchenette in this property is equipped with all the cooking essentials including a 2 burner stovetop (no oven) with pots and pans, toaster oven, toaster, microwave and small refrigerator. Victorian 4308 is perfect for cooking breakfast and lunch while enjoying meals out in the evening!
The primary bedroom area is furnished with a queen-size bed, it has T.V's throughout and has a total sleeping capacity of 6.
THE VICTORIAN
The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Reservations at this HOA require a resort/parking/amenity fee to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
This resort fee covers up to two vehicles for up to two weeks and guest wristbands for pool, hot tub and fitness center for up to 8 guests. Reservations of 9 guests (if max occupancy allows), require an additional payment for the additional wristband. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.
Some Victorian units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

This property was exactly as described, a nice, family friendly condo! Nice ocean view, bunk beds...
This property was exactly as described, a nice, family friendly condo! Nice ocean view, bunk beds for the kids, and dishes were even provided! Just a quick walk to Galveston beach and a less than 15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. 10/10 would use again. My daughter and son want to live there when they grow up!

It is a nice clean place in a good location. There were only a couple of things I would suggest 1....
It is a nice clean place in a good location. There were only a couple of things I would suggest 1. Get light blocking curtains the light shines into the bedroom. The ones in the living room let in the morning sun and heats the space up until the sun moves higher. 2. Give a warning about the traffic and the best way to leave the property. Always take a right and go to the lights then a right again. This road leads you back to 61st street. Once you get back to the seawall take a left at the lights. It is way faster than just a left out of the property. Those are the only things you could change the kids screaming at the pool is nothing you can control.
