Description
This quaint condominium offers a gorgeous view (3rd from the front) of the newly restored Babe's Beach on the Seawall. Sit on your lovely balcony and watch the water, surfers and fishermen as they experience the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The balcony also has views of the swimming pool. Walk across the street and take a dip in the Gulf of Mexico under the watchful eye of the Galveston Lifeguards!
The primary bedroom features a queen bed (connected to a bath for your convenience) and the living area has a full-size sleeper sofa. The restroom has been completely redone and has a step-in shower for easy access. The alcove has one twin bed built-in for your little one. The Victorian 9203 has a kitchenette with apartment size oven, regular size fridge, microwave and is supplied with dishes and kitchen utensils for five guests.
THE VICTORIAN
The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Reservations at this HOA require a resort/parking/amenity fee to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
This resort fee covers up to two vehicles for up to two weeks and guest wristbands for pool, hot tub and fitness center for up to 8 guests. Reservations of 9 guests (if max occupancy allows), require an additional payment for the additional wristband. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.
Some Victorian units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Good value. Nice room.. but elevator was down all week. Hard time crossing street to beach..and stairs down to beach for the older folks.

The condo was nice, great pool and ocean view. The condo wasn't as clean as I'd like, the comforters should be cleaned between each guest, the rug also needs to be cleaned. Other than that the condo was overall a nice oasis!

Perfect condo for end of season vacation. Even though it was small, the condo had plenty of space for our family of three. The view was fabulous overlooking the pool and beach. My kid loved the nook with twin size bed. The condo was very clean and had great amenities. Condo was quiet and had French doors leading to the balcony that definitely helped keep out the noise. Grounds were nice and pools we\'re clean and refreshing. Quick easy walk to the beach! We will be back!
