In addition to its convenient location, there is lush tropical foliage and water everywhere. This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a public marina. The beach is accessible via a 5-minute walk to the Wyndham Garden Resort, just across Estero Boulevard, where there is a Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant. A CVS pharmacy and Santini Marina Plaza are at the top of your street on Estero Boulevard, along with many shops and restaurants. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island has seven miles of white-sand beaches. Trolley service is available from directly in front of Santini Plaza to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too many clubs, restaurants, and boutiques to count. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lovers Key Park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Resort amenities include a heated pool and spa complex, which is right on the back bay and includes a clubhouse with a refrigerator/freezer and indoor table and chairs, changing rooms and showers, gas BBQ grills, and a covered area with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. There are shuffleboard courts and ample parking. Luggage carts and bellmen's trolleys make your arrival a breeze. Conveniently located on each floor are laundry facilities. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, and all linens and towels provided.
Entry is via a secure, air conditioned lobby and elevator to the third level above the lobby and ground-level parking. Enter a foyer/hallway and the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout with the exception of carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range and oven, counter-top microwave oven, and a dishwasher. There is a pass-through into the adjacent dining area, which has a buffet and table seating four. This flows into the living area, which has a sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps, a coffee table on an area rug, and a matching loveseat. Opposite the seating area is a corner, wall-mounted, large flat-screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out to the tiled and screened-in balcony with 180-degree views of the back bay, which is furnished with a bistro table and two high-boy chairs.
The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, a triple dresser and ample closet space. The guest bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower.
