This house was great for me and my family. The view of canal is so nice , the pool is awesome although the Hot-tub never worked, the pool guy said he’s been telling the owner but nothing has been done. The house itself is ok, there is no quiet time as it’s very open. The barn doors from one bedroom to the kitchen need took off and proper doors put on to keep sound out. The yard is honestly like a jungle. It needs to be absolutely tidied up. All in all the location was great, private walkway to treasure beach is across the main road at the traffic lights, fairly close. Restaurants nearby. Very friendly. Kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, cutlery, etc. Investment in a Keurig would be great instead of a coffee pot. For the money we spent the pool was the best bit.

Home needs repairs inside & out I won’t lie . It’s older and pics do make it look like it’s a new remodel . We still liked the home and location. It is convenient to walk to beach which is 4 mins and fur babies are allowed. they have some beach supplies in garage to use. Inside has comfy beds, cold a/c and pool. The pool deck and porch need repairs but useable. Inside of home is nice but need TLC in bathrooms and older windows and appliances need repairs. All useable but noticeable . Home needs better curtains in windows for privacy . It’s a 10 min drive to historic district on A1A . Location is good with a quiet neighborhood and a restaurant bar right around the corner. Our kids enjoyed the pool and privacy of there own room and bathroom . Also kids able to do the quick walk to beach with all the beach toys they had to have with them ;) and bringing our fur babies which were comfortable in the home also. Overall the price we paid for the property for a week is ok - home needs work:)

The house is great and it is a fantastic location! The pool was awesome! The deck needs repaired before someone gets hurt on the loose boards and the washer either needs replaced or a very thorough cleaning. Other than a few cosmetic items, we really enjoyed Villa Ventura. A little pricey but we made it work. Vtrips was very responsive to our requests, couldn't ask for more than that!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ventura. It is a clean, cozy, modern home that had plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the outdoor oasis which included the large pool and hot tub and extra bonus was the covered Palapa over the canal. The sunsets were beautiful and it was a great place to sit and drink wine or coffee or just hang out and play games. Important to keep the slider doors closed or critters can get in! Also important for any renters to know is that they should wear flip-flops or shoes when using the ping-pong table especially with the garage door open. We ended up getting cactus needles in our feet because we were barefoot! We love the ping-pong table otherwise!
