As you step into this coastally decorated condo, you are greeted by a bright and peaceful main living space, designed for both relaxation. The living room, featuring a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a Smart TV, invites you to unwind after a day of beachside adventures. Adjacent to this cozy area is a dining space with a table for four, perfect for meals with your closest family and/or friends. The fully equipped kitchen, with its breakfast bar seating two, ensures you have everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, complete with modern appliances and utensils. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors lead you out to the private screened-in balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy evening cocktails while overlooking the peaceful Ostego Bay.
The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing a luxurious and private retreat. The second bedroom, with its two twin beds, is perfect for kids or additional guests, and is conveniently located next to the second full bathroom, which features a shower-tub combo. - Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.
