Guests enter into a large open concept living/dining area and can see through the large balcony area to the swimming pool. The living area has a large comfortable sofa (queen sleeper sofa) and television. The fully appointed kitchen is has large refrigerator with an ice maker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher along with a full-size washer/dryer. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, television, ceiling fan and large primary bath with walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also features a very large walk-in closet that has been expanded to include a set of twin bunks and its own A/C vent!

The Dawn 512-Tropical Lagoon is a ground floor condo, has a lovely pool view and is only steps from parking - easy in and out access to this unit.

THE DAWN CONDOMINIUMS
The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, can’t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds and feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), a poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking. All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. All guests are required to pay $37.89 per car for parking upon arrival at The Dawn.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and cutely decorated. It felt homey and relaxing. My kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. The property upkeep was terrific.

Everything was fine except for the couch that was a pullout bed. The couch seems to be pretty old so investing in a newer one would benefit the vacationers. It was not comfortable to sit in either.

I wanted to be able to see the ocean from my room but I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the gated patio. The pool temp was perfect as well. We had a great time
