Description
The lovely interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The living area offers a sleeper sofa for extra space and a flat-screen TV. The sun porch, next to the living room, is perfect for relaxing or curling up with a good book after a sunny day at the beach. There is also an enclosed porch which makes a great additional space for guests to enjoy the cool Tybee nights.
Located on a large corner lot in Tybee Island's quiet Back River neighborhood - about a 1/2 mile, 9-minute walk to the main beach, shops, and restaurants. Stroll along beautiful Venetian Drive, one of Tybee's prettiest streets, and just steps from the cottage. Perfect location to view gorgeous Tybee sunsets over the marsh. The home is also a great option for kayakers as there is room to park the trailer, and you are only a few short blocks away from the best kayak launch on the island!
The two bedrooms share a bathroom accessible from the hall and offer a tub and shower combination. The main bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, and the guest bedroom has two Twin beds. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the detached garage.
Sunny Daze is pet-friendly and has a large fenced yard. The cottage also includes complimentary WIFI for guest use. Parking for 3.

Sunny Daze was a comfortable home away from home. We hated to leave after our week there. We had such a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We plan to make this a yearly event.

Trash was left in the garbage can but I’m guessing we came end of the week..seen 3-4 water bugs *roach* but we are near water take it or leave it..stains on the couch, couch bed near top right corner. The plumbing was backed up I suggest snaking the whole house from the street. When told fixed same day so that was great.still had a slow drainage in kitchen sink. I didn’t care but it does make sense, my mother mentioned the trees in the back yard could be trimmed they shouldn’t be touching you sitting down.Other than that I give it a 8/10 thank you for allowing us to stay

We loved our stay on Tybee Island! We hope to come back and if we do we plan to book with Tybee Vacation Rentals again. This was our first time visiting Georgia and we absolutely loved Savannah and Tybee Island. Tybee had plenty to do without feeling overwhelming. Our rental had everything and more to make for a relaxing/fun beach getaway (beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs). The beach and local restaurants were walking distance. The house was very clean and well-kept. We LOVED that it was dog friendly. The fenced back yard was a huge plus, as well. I can’t say enough about how positive our experience was.

- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
