Good location and fairly close to the beach. What wasn’t clear was the closest beach access was private so we had to walk even further to public beach

The condo is very clean and well kept, even the baseboards were spotless. It smells clean and there were plenty of towels for 3 adults and a child. They do have light blankets on the bed We arrived early and the host accomodated an early arrival. Communication was easy and responsive. Our door code would not open the door, an easy call quickly took care of the minor delay. The listing states that the beach and restaurants are in walking location and I would caution that if you have older family or children with you as this rental does not provide a golf cart and the walk is much longer than 5 minutes, at least 20 to the beach. The only locations in walking distance is the mimmos italian restaurant, thai restaurant and coffee shop that are part of the community. Blue Mountain beach public access has very little parking, gets very busy and they closed the access for capacity by noon almost every day we were there. That being said, get up and go early and enjoy the beach!

We loved our stay at the Village! Our unit was steps away from a pristine and quiet community pool that my family loved playing at. The neighborhood is gated and we felt very safe! The beach was about a 15 minute walk away, which was also really convenient! The actual accommodations were clean and cozy - just as described! With 2 young kids, we cooked at "home" many meals, and the kitchen was fully loaded with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and even tupperwares for leftovers. All in all, a great stay!

Area is very nice. We visited during spring break and never felt crowded. Deeded beach access can be confusing because chair attendant there didn’t allow us to setup our stuff. But we ended up renting chairs at the public beach which was very convenient. So I suggest doing the same.
