A vacation at Beach Cottages 1504 is loaded with opportunities for fun and relaxation. Park your car underneath the building and ride the elevator up to the penthouse condo. You have incredible views of the Gulf and, in the opposite direction, the Intracoastal Waterway. You can walk to the beach in a matter of minutes or take an afternoon to explore the nearby shopping areas or join a charter on the Intracoastal. The resort has a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub with lots of lounge chairs. Bring a book and bask in the Florida sunshine or take in the view of the bird sanctuary that is right next door. Perhaps you’d rather play volleyball on the silky sand beach or grill up a fish you’ll catch on a fishing charter. There are so many possibilities.

The main living area within Beach Cottages 1504 is awash in sunshine thanks to the glass sliders leading out to your roomy balcony. You’ll love sharing morning coffee or a full meal around the balcony table where you can breathe in the salty sea air. Beach Cottages 1504 has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare the food you pick up at the grocery store. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are tucked away in the kitchen. If you prefer, dine around your elegant dining table for six or visit one of the many restaurants within walking distance. Your condo living room is filled with comfortable furniture including a couch that makes out into a bed for two, an electric fireplace and a large TV with DVD player.

After a day at the resort or exploring John’s Pass, Sand Key Park or shopping in nearby Clearwater, your primary bedroom will be your restful sanctuary with its king-size bed, TV, balcony access, reading chair and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is across the condo from the primary bedroom and also offers a king-size bed, TV, reading chair and private bathroom. A comfy twin day bed is tucked away off of the kitchen, if needed, and has a curtain for privacy.
