Wine Down on the Bay is a bright and charming single level canal home with access to Salt Lake and Copano Bay. This two bedroom, two bathroom home is the ideal location to wind down and relax.

The large, open kitchen and dining area flows beautifully into the living area and directly to the double doors leading out to the patio. Venture outside to enjoy the private 25 foot fishing dock, fully fenced back yard, and outdoor sitting area. The two bedrooms are located on separate ends of the home and each have a bathroom en suite.

Experience the dazzling views of the canal from the cozy living area. A plush sofa, arm chair, and futon provide comfortable seating as well as an additional sleeping space. Enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the Roku TV equipped to stream. Whether you are popping open a bottle of wine or preparing your catch of the day, this fully equipped kitchen is sure to please. Gather for a meal with your friends and family around the beautiful dining table set for six.

Wine Down on the Bay sleeps a maximum of six guests. The refreshing primary bedroom has a wall mounted Roku TV, a queen bed, and an adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Located on the opposite end of the home, the crisp guest bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There are two cushy twin futons located in the living area for additional sleeping accommodations.

Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen (excluding garbage disposal), a Keurig coffee maker, Roku streaming TVs in the living room and primary bedroom, a private 25 foot fishing dock with solar lights and rod holders, an outdoor sitting area and wood fire ring, a charcoal grill, and a fully fenced back yard.

Cast a line from the private 25 foot fishing dock with solar lights or enjoy the fellowship of friends and family while relaxing in the outdoor sitting area. A wood fire pit surrounded by patio chairs is available for late night marshmallow roasts. There is also a charcoal grill provided to cook up your own surf and turf.
