Description
The beach is accessed by a 5-minute walk to just across Estero Boulevard at the Wyndham Gardens Hotel, which also has a Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant and Tiki Bar inside.
In addition to its convenient location, there is lush tropical foliage all around you. A CVS pharmacy and Santini Marina Plaza are nearby on Estero Boulevard, with many shops and restaurants.
There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to 7 miles of white sugar sand beach.
Trolley service is available from directly in front of Santini Plaza to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park.
Resort amenities include a heated swimming pool. This condo has complimentary WiFi, a private laundry room and ceiling fans throughout.
On arrival, there is covered off-street parking. Entry stairs lead to a vast open plan kitchen and meticulously decorated dining and living areas. Beautiful tile flooring in the kitchen, wood flooring in the dining and living areas and soft plush carpet in the bedrooms.
The kitchen has plenty of hard surface countertops with subway tile backsplash and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. Just bring the food!
Appliances include a stainless-steel refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer, glass top stove with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a peninsular bar with four barstools on the dining area side.
The adjacent dining area has a table seating six. This flows into the living area that is furnished with a sofa with coffee table, two side chairs with cocktail table, all on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the screened-in lanai.
The primary bedroom with ensuite bath has a queen-size bed with night stand and lamp, three-drawer chest, double dresser and large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The bathroom has a nicely tiled walk-in shower, commode and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath.
The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds with night stand and lamp. The adjacent guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower, commode and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. Additionally, laundry area with stacked washer and dryer is just adjacent to the guest bathroom. Perfect for packing light!
The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound! Choose from, parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Your stay in this tropical paradise will definitely provide the potential for an unforgettable getaway!
