Guests who select Victorian 9308-Paradise View will have a view from both the living area and the balcony of this condominium. Although small in size, the condo is well-appointed and will accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children as guests. The layout of this condo maximizes the use of space. The balcony area features a storage locker that contains two boogie boards, four beach chairs, a collapsible wagon for transporting items to the beach - please don't forget to rinse them off before returning!
The living/dining/kitchen area are all open concept and the view to the beach is simply gorgeous. The living area features a queen-size sleeper sofa, flat-screen television and side chair for lounging. The dining room has a pub-style dining table and four chairs and the bar area in the kitchen also has a bar stool so everyone may dine together. The kitchen area features a 2 burner stove top, a new toaster oven on the countertop, a Keurig Coffee Pot (bring your own k-cups), a mini-frig for beverages and a full apartment size refrigerator if you are buying loads of groceries - yes, two refrigerators in this property! This kitchen has all of the dishes, pots, pans, flatware and cooking tools guests will need to prepare small meals during their vacation stay.
Sleeping accommodations are as follows: The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV and ceiling fan along with nearby access to the bathroom. The alcove area has one set of built-in twin bunks (recommended for children under 100#), and the living area features a queen sleeper sofa. This property is best suited to 4 adults and 2 children as the bunk beds are designed for small stature individuals.
THE VICTORIAN
The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Reservations at this HOA require a resort/parking/amenity fee to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
This resort fee covers up to two vehicles for up to two weeks and guest wristbands for pool, hot tub and fitness center for up to 8 guests. Reservations of 9 guests (if max occupancy allows), require an additional payment for the additional wristband. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.
Some Victorian units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to determine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

The condo was clean and decor was cute. The mattress was a little hard for my taste, but if you like a firm mattress it would probably be fine. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. The view of the pool and ocean was nice and the walk to the beach was short, however, there were only stairs, no ramp down to the beach area. The closest ramp was quite a ways down the beach (Eastward), so we had to pick up our rolling cart and carry it down the steps. The direction this condo\'s balcony faces is nice because in the afternoon/evenings it is in the shade. There was no noise from any of the surrounding units. Boogie boards, a rolling cart, extra beach chairs and toys were provided, which was nice.

Complex is okay- a little old- staff helpful mostly, few issues that got settled- crowd Is too loud by the pool late night, should close earlier - also should open the pool and hot tub earlier.

Small condo is perfect for small families-says sleeps 6 but it would probably get crowded quickly with more than 3 or 4 adults/older kids. Recently updated with nice decor. Quiet building, but pool does get a bit crowded in the evenings. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Appreciate the beach chairs, wagon & toys. Booking and check-in was super easy. If you're looking for a decent place to sleep & shower then definitely recommend.
