Comfortable yet elegant, this six-bedroom, four-bath home combines convenience with luxury while sleeping up to 13 people.

Start the morning relaxing in the porch swing on the upper deck as you watch the sunrise and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. The main house found upstairs features an expansive open living area and a gourmet kitchen along with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living room is decorated with unique coastal decor and features amazing water views, ample seating spaces, and a Smart TV. The dining room table can seat up to seven people with seating for an extra two at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen offers an abundance of counter space and will be sure to meet all your cooking needs. Just off the kitchen, you will find a screened-in balcony that has direct views of the private swimming pool.

The downstairs has a separate entrance from the main house and offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a mini kitchenette that includes a coffee maker and mini fridge.

The spacious downstairs primary bedroom suite offers guests a direct water view of Aransas Bay, a flat-screen smart TV, a full-size sofa, and ample storage for your clothing. The 2nd guest bedroom, with two twins and a flat-screen smart TV share a Jack and Jill bathroom with the Master suite downstairs. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity. The 3rd guest bedroom, with full and twin-sized beds, has a flat-screen smart TV and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the 4th guest bedroom which has two twin-size beds. We had a great time at the location. If you are bringing a large group you will need to do it with 4 standard sized cars or less.

The property itself was in a really good spot. If it wasn’t for the extreme Karen next door. We would consider staying again. But she ruined it for everyone. She called the cops multiple times because the kids were enjoying their vacation playing in the water and fishing. She was a terrible nightmare! The office was great. There were some cleaning issues and we could never get in the downstairs door, even after the polite maintenance guy “fixed” it. It locked randomly, so we would have to go around back to get in. But everything else was pretty good.

Everything was great. Everything worked compared to previous reviews plus clean. Only suggestion we have is a little yard work, some paint, plus a review of your maintenance department responsiveness.
