The house is beautiful and cozy! The drive to the beach is about 2 mins. Close to local grocery store and shopping centers. The pool was just perfect and the TV outside was a nice touch. The TV remotes didn't have working batteries and I couldn't find batters in the house.

Great location in Port A, we had a great time. However, the listing and management team confirmed with me the second detached building with room was on the first floor, however it was on the 2nd floor with over 20 steps. We rented this particular house being it would have been ADA accessible for two guests. I spoke to Silver Sands and they told me they were sorry for the miscommunication, however they did nothing about it. We also had an unexpected pool cleaner come to the property and scared us as we walked to the pool with someone turning the corner. Not a big deal, but the pool wasn’t clean. Sand and bugs in the pool before we used it the first day and the pool cleaner just checked the chemical levels. I would suggest more than one paper towel roll and trash bag, as we rented for 3 nights and only given 1 extra trash bag in the kitchen. There was 11 of us and had to purchase more on our own. Also several bathrooms in the house and no hand soap was a bit odd. Location was great.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend here! We felt right at home we also loved that they had entertainment inside and out games for the family, books for the kids to read, games outside as well as a tv by the pool and nice patio area! The discount you get for staying here with Joy Ride for a golf cart was very helpful as well! We will definitely be coming back if dates are available next time we want to come!
