Upon entering the home, delight in an open and casual floor plan perfect for family gatherings and couples’ retreats. The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly together, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are nestled off to the other side for additional privacy. The kitchen comes outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances that make cooking on vacation easier than ever! In addition, with two Gulf-facing bedrooms, you’ll have to pick straws for who gets which room! Not to worry though, as each bedroom has something unique to offer.
When you’re finished exploring Sea’Scape’s interior, take the spiral staircase up to the top level and bask on the sundeck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect place to sunbathe and search for dolphins as they swim by! Then, when the sun sets in the evening, you won’t believe how breathtaking the sky becomes. It was a cozy home with close beach access. There were a few details that we could have had a heads up on, such as knowing we have to supply our own toilet paper after the first roll per bathroom. There is a grill but no foil or any kind of seasonings. and as stated in previous reviews, the beds... especially the southwest corner bedroom is extremely firm. other than these few details, the place was amazing and provided a great place for us and our family to stay for our wedding on Pensacola Beach.

This was a first trip of my kids and his kids…mostly young adults and older teens. Group of 10 including us. Plenty of room/bedrooms for everyone to have their own space to retreat to. Great family area and dining. Clean and close to the beach. They all loved the rooftop deck!!!! Loved having the hose available to rid feet/shoes of sand before going upstairs. A few petty cons…..master bed is like sleeping on plywood. If that doesn’t keep you awake the squeak in the ceiling fan probably will. It’s a house for 14 people and they leave you exactly 1 kitchen towel. 1. Kitchen is decently stocked except there is no cookie sheet. Rolls? Nope. Breakfast pizza? Nope. Take and bake cookies. Nope. It does have a bunt pan. So no warm dinner rolls for a family dinner, but you can whip up a bunt cake to share. (Read that paragraph with humor, please!). Would we stay again….absolutely. It was a great house with a great location.

We all had a great time, the weather cooperated although a bit chilly. My 4 youngest grandkids had a ball swimming and riding boogy boards in the big waves. The house was so roomy awe could spread out. It was very close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
