Seascape 1307-A Sunny Seahorse is a beachfront condominium.  Seascape Galveston resort provides this great beachfront condo with 2 ocean-facing balconies - one off the living area and one off of the primary bedroom.  A view that is breathtaking - gorgeous birds, boats, swimmers, and the Gulf of Mexico all in a glance. 

The living/dining and open kitchen area feature newer furniture, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and the ability to sleep a family or group of up to 6 people.  The primary bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom features another queen bed.  Seascape Condominiums parking is very limited, guarantee parking for one car, maximum 2 cars at the complex.  Guests will be issued pool bands during check-in at the vacation rental management office.

SEASCAPE RESORT
Seascape Resort is located on Galveston’s secluded West End and is a rare find - it's one of only a few beachfront resorts on the island; no road between you and the beach and offers a gated community dune crossover to easily access the beach. The resort-style complex has a heated pool (off-season only), kiddie pool, adult-only hot tub, plenty of lounge chairs, beautifully landscaped courtyard, which includes a grilling and picnic area.

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Guests must register with the on-site Seascape security upon check-in to obtain a parking pass. Carpooling is highly recommended.
Some Seacape units have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway alcove area (24 by 72 inches), and are typically only recommended to accommodate children or small adults. Guests should review sleep arrangement options to detrmine if setup would be comfortable for their group.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.

Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

The Seascape property, pool area and closeness to beach make it a lovely place to stay. Unit 1307 appears to have minimal maintenance. So we would book a different unit on the property.
