Description
Walk up to the main level of the home where the open concept living/dining/kitchen area is so inviting. Guests will enjoy water views from the many windows facing the Gulf of Mexico. The dining table will accommodate 8-9, and has a water view. The upgraded, large kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with counter seating for 6. The octagonal game room has seating for 4 where guests can enjoy casual dining or play any of a number of board games available at this home. The main level also features the primary bedroom (king bed) with a full en-suite bath with a garden tub and separate shower. The primary also has deck access and a water view. The 2nd bedroom on the main level is a queen size bed with en-suite bath w/shower only and a private deck, while the 3rd bedroom on this level has a queen bed and full bath (shower only) access to a deck that is partially covered with swings and access to the upper sun deck via spiral staircase.
The second level of this home also features 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 4 features a twin/full/twin trundle bed (sleeps 4) with an en-suite bath. The fifth bedroom features a full over full bunk with a twin trundle (sleeps 5), and finally the 6th bedroom features two sets of twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). Both children and adults will love the Sea Pearl with its central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home, multiple televisions, cable TV, and WIFI available. Sea Pearl is a pet-friendly home for one dog up to 40 pounds if the pet fee is paid at the time of reservation. After a day of beach fun, long walks along the water's edge, sit on a porch swing under the home and enjoy the breezes of the Gulf of Mexico. Only a short drive to downtown Galveston where guests may choose to enjoy all of the historically significant buildings, the Port of Galveston, and shopping along The Strand.

Indian beach is a well-established, beachside and bayside West End Galveston Island neighborhood. Indian Beach is a family-friendly neighborhood, and beaches do not permit vehicles to drive on the beaches..

This home is pet-friendly. One pet is allowed. Weight limit of 40 pounds. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Indian Beach HOA does not permit vacation rental guests to use HOA amenities; guest access to pool, tennis court and fishing pier are strictly for Indian Beach residents.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

We had a family gathering at Galveston for Labor Day weekend. We filled the house with 15 people, but it did not feel crowded at all. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. House was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. It is only a short walk to the beach. The only inconvenient part is having to park additional cars across the street in the community pool parking lot. The driveway can easily hold more than 4 cars, but house rule is that only 4 can be in the driveway. There were no spices what so ever, so be sure to bring your own salt, pepper etc. if you plan on cooking there. The bedroom configurations are a little difficult to understand on the website. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. One has a King size bed and the other 2 have queen size beds. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms. One room has one twin bunk bed (sleeps 2 people), the middle room has a double over a double bunk bed (sleeps 4 people) and the third room had one twin bunk bed with a fold away cot (sleeps 3). The beach area was not very crowded, which was nice also.

The house was nicely cleaned when we arrived. But the beds were changed in the upstairs bedrooms. Also the bathroom under the house was almost unusable. The floor was ready to give way and there was already a hole in the floor. The first 3 days the dishwasher would only run on quick wash. By Sunday it would only run on rinse. We left on Thursday still with no working dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, silverware and dishes.

The house was great and decorated perfectly. The main complaint that all the guest had was that it was too hot. It's a house that can fit over 15 people but the thermostat would only cool to a certain temp which was not enough to accommodate a large group. And the only other complain I personally had is I always rent houses on the beach this one was across the street from a houses that was on the beach so that was a great disappointment to me because access to the beach was difficult without going through private property.

The home needs a few updates but overall a nice house. The back fence needed repair garages don't open and are pretty old. New paint needed down stairs by light switches too. Most of the rooms had box fans which really came in handy! Beautiful living room and cozy couch. Master bath has awesome shower and tub. Close walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the swings on the deck. Pretty nice view of the ocean.
