- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

Maintenance needs to step up! Condo was super nice no complaints there would have just liked the master balcony doors fixed to feel more safe! We called the first night when we got there and were told they would call before they came out the next day but we never got a call! So we went the rest of the vacation with doors that didn’t close/lock properly! Not too happy about that

Condo was super nice and updated! Only a few things we wished could have been a little different-1. Main and most important balcony doors in master bedroom wouldn’t latch/lock properly and after calling maintenance we were told the next day they would come out and never called or came out at all! 2.Master bathtub doesn’t drain properly-water was standing at ankles by the time we got out 3. You should leave passwords for TV apps if that’s what your condo has to offer-at night we like to watch movies and weren’t able to bc all the apps were locked unless you had the password! All in all we would stay here again if a few issues could be resolved. Great location and property for a small family or few friends! Much enjoyed

We had a wonderful trip to 30A. The property was clean, pretty, and it had everything we needed to relax before the school year starts. It is also a great location. We would love to stay again!
