Description
This villa is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting. Whether you stay for a week or a month, you'll have everything you need to make this the perfect vacation experience. A plus on this rental is that it is situated in an excellent location, being halfway between the bustling Times Square at the northern end of the island, and midway south on the island where Publix (a very well-stocked chain grocery store) is located. There are numerous restaurants for your choosing as well. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. We also have a company which rents beach equipment like umbrellas, beach chairs, and coolers, as well as baby, sports, and special needs equipment.
Villa B has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are newly furnished with 1 queen bed in one, and 2 twin beds in the other. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils ? everything you'll need for cooking during your stay. The large living room has a TV and DVD player for your entertainment, as well as a sleeper sofa which converts to a queen size bed if desired for an additional sleeping area.
A shared washer and dryer are available in this rental, as well as high speed wireless internet. It is a non-smoking home.
This home is a tri-plex offering two additional units, all recently upgraded with new furniture and flooring, and all interiors freshly painted. It is the perfect property for those traveling with other families, friends, or extended families. Everyone can essentially be under one roof, yet providing each their own privacy and separate accommodations. It's also a fantastic home for smaller parties seeking affordable accommodations by renting just one of the units.
Our rental properties are all outfitted with high tech features such as remote entry locks and, as mentioned above, high speed wireless internet, etc.

This rental was on a street right across from the Beach as advertised. It was centrally located. The island traffic is a little busy, but that is to be expected with only 2 access points. The owners were great about responding quickly to any comments or questions, which we appreciated.

The property was clean, wonderfully located and mostly well stocked. We were a short 4 minute walk to the beach. There were a few items we had to purchase as the beach chairs and umbrella were not in working order. The property is located on a quiet street away from the main "touristy" North side of the island which we really enjoyed, but be aware that there is heavy traffic on the main street late afternoon so plan your day accordingly .

We enjoyed staying at Amy's place. Beautifully decorated and clean. 3min walk to the beach. It had plenty of towels and dishes for cooking. Washer & Dryer is in the garage to the left. Unit does not come with basic dish soap, sponge, cooking oil, salt etc so make sure to grab some at the Publix grocery (5min drive away). First few nights we did hear the neighbors downstairs talking/laughing, walls seem to be thin.
