Welcome to Ocean Harbor 502B, an awesome two-bedroom, two bath condo vacation destination in paradise. Location, views, and accommodations are top notch at this fabulous gated resort. The property is situated on nine acres directly on Estero Bay, and just across the street is beach access at Newton Park. Other amenities on this gated property include a salt water heated pool, hot tubs, pool-side gas grills, assigned parking space, tennis courts, fitness center, fishing pier and shuffleboard courts. Also, Snook Bight Marina is right next door. The resort is located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway, is a seven-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay is right next door! Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Upon arrival there are two assigned parking spaces available. One is covered at the ground floor level, and one is in an open area. Entrance from the garage area has a ramp and steps into the secure lobby. Bellman trolleys and luggage carts are available to simplify your arrival. Two elevators are available to provide access to your accommodations. Leaving the elevator on the fifth floor, entry is into the open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is carpeting throughout, except for tile flooring in the dining area, kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare full course meals if desired. Just bring the food! There are plenty of cabinets and hard surface counter space. Appliances include a dishwasher, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. There is an elevated pass-through bar into the living area with two high-boy bar seats. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and table seating five. This flows into the living area that's comfortably furnished with a sleeper-sofa, other furnishings and a large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors extend the living area to the screen-enclosed and well-furnished balcony with its amazing panoramic views. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, dresser and corner chair. A private door provides access to the balcony. There is a large walk-in closet and the en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with tile flooring and sliding glass doors, a separate garden jacuzzi tub and vanities with two lavatories and storage space beneath. There is a separate room with toilet and bidet, as well as linen closet. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, corner chair and ample closet space. The adjacent guest bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer set.
