Our group consisted of 3 adult women and we ran out of toilet paper on our second day as there was only partial rolls in the bathrooms. After we were unable to find any in the house I contacted Distinctive through the Airbnb site and I was informed that only a starter supply of essentials was provided. I was told that it was recommended that we bring our own supply of these kinds of items. I find this to be unacceptable for this kind of rental. I have never rented any property that didn't provide at least a small supply of toilet paper, paper towel, paper plates, laundry and dishwasher soap, etc. This would not prevent me from renting again, but I don't recall reading anything about this in my documentation. Regardless it should have been made more clear. Additionally, the information that was provided in the home on arrival was pretty limited. There were no instructions as to how to use the pool/hot tub tablet control which would have been challenging for me. Fortunately my daughter was able to figure it out. Some info about the tv would have been helpful too. Information about recommended local restaurants is always nice information to have as well as where the nearest Target etc. is located. We arrived late to check in and it would have been nice to know quickly where to get supplies in the morning. Overall this is a lovely place! It is quiet and private. The pool area is excellent! We loved staying here and would come back again. It's a beautiful spot!

One small thing was that there were no instructions on how to program the jacuzzi. Other than that, the stay was absolutely perfect!
