This was a perfect place for our family gathering! The location is easy to find. The balcony was perfect for coffee and an amazing sunset view. The kitchen is upstairs, which was a bit difficult for one of my sisters otherwise the place is great.

The space was really nice and accommodated our group of 14 easily. Only a few minor things came up while we were there. Some of the dishes were dirty, the downstairs patio area with the grill was really dirty and rusted and we did find some roaches and ants during our stay.

This house was a great option for our large group (13). The house was very clean and had very thing we needed to accommodate everybody. I would high recommend this house. Silver Sands was also very timely with their responses to my questions ahead of time. The only issue we ran in to was sand burrs in the yard. DO NOT go in the yard barefoot.
