We enjoyed the stay because of the amenities and cleanliness. We liked the location due to the fact that it is a little way from all the traffic. The only thing I would like differently, is to have the patio doors with a privacy tint. It is a ground floor directly in front of the pool. You have to keep the shades pulled for privacy and I like to see out.

While I do recommend this unit, it is showing some lack of maintenance. The shower drain was clogged, faucet and drain broken, and rust on the curtains/rings. Check-in is late and 9am check-out feels cruel for a family friendly condo. What feels most frustrating with the management company is that they no longer provide any shower soaps, lotion, or conditioner; but two bar soaps. The starter set of dishwasher soap is smaller than ever. Ample, clean and soft towels were provided, the bed and couches were super comfortable, kitchen adequately equipped, and the unit felt clean. We enjoyed our stay and floor access is so convenient, but we sensed that the management company is squeezing every dollar out of this property. These items aren’t deal breakers for a beautiful beach view, but expect less amenities than a hotel.
