Happy Harbor is a two-story canal home in Copano Ridge. Beautiful canal views and access to lots of fun at this home with a spacious backyard, picnic tables, BBQ grill, and Large Private fishing dock. This is a great area for fishing! Happy Harbor sleeps up to 10 people and is perfect for a family vacation or getaway with your friends. You can leave the stresses of parking behind as there is a huge driveway.

The living room is colorful and coastal with a 55 inch and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen is open to the living room with a granite island bar. All appliances are new including the stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven. Grill up some fish you caught and gather with your family or friends at the large dining room table.

This home has four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. You will never leave the beach with the ocean-colored primary bedroom and its king-sized bed, luxury vinyl floors and connecting bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a garden tub. There is also a second downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom upstairs has another king-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The fourth bedroom is the perfect bunk room with two twin beds, one queen bed and a twin over full bunk. The third bathroom is upstairs with walk in shower and a private water closet.

The canal is the perfect place to relax, fish and bird watch. Birds and ducks live in the canal including pelicans (brown and white), herons, king fishers and egrets to name a few. You can catch redfish, trout and black drum from the dock or take your own boat or kayak out into the bay.
