Welcome to 244 Miramar Street a private two-bedroom two-bath home with heated swimming pool located at the north end of the island. This is all less than a 2-minute walk to Estero Boulevard and 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing within walking or biking distance. Water activities abound. There's parasailing jet ski rentals fishing charters to name a few. This property is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. The swimming pool area is fenced in has pavered decking and is nicely furnished complete with gas grill. There is also a screened-in lanai off the pool area. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer ceiling fans throughout and complimentary WiFi as well. All linens and towels are provided. There is ample off street parking. --------On arrival entry is through a large screened-in porch and then into the open plan kitchen dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Appliances include a dishwasher range with oven built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six which nicely flows into the living area that has a sleeper-sofa end tables and lamp two side chairs with cocktail table and lamp another side chair and then coffee table. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with large flat screen TV.--------The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a queen-size bed night stands and lamps and a triple dresser with large flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a nicely tiled walk-in shower commode and single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed night stands and lamps and a five-drawer chest with flat screen TV.
