RNR Tybee Unit A is a studio-style 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully updated studio-style apartment. You will surely feel at home with all the new furnishings and a beautiful coastal color pallet. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a small table for two, a comfortable King size bed, a large Smart TV for entertainment, and a full-size washer and dryer.
This cute and quaint couple's retreat is great for a fun getaway to the beach. You can even bring your best friend! Off-street parking is available for one vehicle. You can park your car, walk to the nearest shops and restaurants, and take steps away from the beach.
Need more room for your upcoming vacation? Consider renting 1, 2, or all three RNR Tybee Island apartments. Combined, you will have seven bedrooms, access to the pool, and 5 parking spaces - for a Tybee Vacation destination built for rest and relaxation.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property and stay dates usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is NOT pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid. The amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

A great stay! Super close to the beach and lots of restaurants you can walk to! Only about 30 min from downtown Savannah, so there is a ton to do. The place was spotless!

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
