Great location, clean and very nice if you want more privacy. Golf cart is a huge plus!

Beautiful homes, unfortunately we couldn’t access the 2nd home through the backyard as depicted in the photos, wouldn’t have been so bad except there was construction on one side and a large fence prevented us from walking around. Had to drive around the block or walk through other neighbors under-home driveway. We love the property as a whole, just didn’t feel like they were taken care of as well as they could have been. Yard was roughly mowed (scalped), back deck was covered in dry grass clippings, trash in the yard, dog hair found all over in the house. They responded quickly and brought enough supplies to remedy the situation. They did offer to come clean it but we weren’t available at the time. Overall the things we found did not prevent us from enjoying ourselves. Great a/c, rockers on front porch have the best shade. And having the 6-seater golf cart was great. One suggestion, the back yard needs some shade. It was so hot we couldn’t enjoy that area much.

The fire pit, bbq pit and outdoor seating was really nice, especially at the end of the night while winding down with our family. The outdoor shower and hoses were helpful especially for after the beach with our dogs. Some areas needed repair but it didn’t deter from the location or the amenities. Definitely recommend for multi family groups, who have dogs. Let’s not forget the awesome addition of a golf cart! That really created such a unique perk to the experience. Awesome speaker and television access inside as well! Would rent again!

Great for groups that want more space !

This house was so nicely decorated and super clean! It was close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to an ice cream place! The use of the golf cart was SO nice having littles and dogs. On a personal note, it was walking distance to a family members house which was SO convenient! My parents weren’t able to make this trip, but the other side of the trip would have been perfect for them! Highly recommend staying here for your Port A visit!
