Palm Harbor Club 304 is a luxurious three-bedroom, two-bath waterfront condo located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a wide variety of amenities that includes a public marina and movie theatre. The beach is accessed by a short walk to the Wyndham Resort just across Estero Boulevard where there is a Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant. A CVS pharmacy and Santini Marina Plaza are at the top of your street at Estero Boulevard, with many shops and restaurants. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from directly in front of Santini Plaza to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The Fish Tale Marina is located within walking distance and offers boat rentals and dockage. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, spa, clubhouse, tennis courts and BBQ grills. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, private laundry and all linens and towels are provided. Enter through the secure lower lobby with beautiful cascading fountain, then up the elevator to the third floor with entry into a foyer then the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring and volume ceilings throughout, except for carpet in the primary bedroom. The eat-in kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of cabinets and granite countertops with backsplash. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and double door refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. There is a cafe table seating two. An elevated bar has three bar stools on the dining area side. The adjacent main dining area has a table seating five. This flows into the living area which has a leather sofa with end tables and lamp, two leather recliners and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with large flat screen TV. There are floor to ceiling sliding glass doors out onto a screened in furnished balcony. The view from here is of the Fishtail Marina and the Gulf of Mexico beyond from a third floor vantage point. The spacious primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a triple dresser, desk, two chairs and chest of drawers with large flat screen TV. There are also floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony. There is ample closet space. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, commode, jetted garden tub and a walk-in shower with glass door. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stand and lamps, entertainment cabinet with drawers and a flat screen TV and ample closet space. The second guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp and ample closet space. The shared guest bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a combination tub/shower with glass door. Adjacent to this is the laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Palm Harbor Club 304 is truly a delightful, airy, spacious, and well-appointed address in this tropical paradise! We stayed at 170 Lennel rd, #304, Palm Harbor Club. The condo community is pristine, quiet and has ver lovely views of the marina behind the building. The building is very secure and the local owners there are extremely engaged with who’s coming and going, but mostly kind and tolerant to the tourist . Pool is huge , extremely clean area with 2 large gas grills also well cared for . Well manicured outside as well. The condo itself was lovely. Very nice size, beautiful decor and lovely screened in deck off living room overlooking marina. Table for 6 outside with George Forman electric grill. Insid, The rooms were very nice , beds comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed . There is a Kurig and coffee maker both just to put that out there to all the people who are coffee drinkers and bring their supplies.:) The beach is a short walk, across street we walked through the Wyndham parking lot onto the access there. CVS and Publix near. Time square about 7 miles away. We explored Cape Coral, Bonita and Naples while there. Coconut Mall was awesome , there we recommend Hurricanes for wings and traveling to Sanibel/captive Island a must with Biminis Restaurant ( outdoor) with live beach music and wonderful atmosphere. My Sons family used Capt. Tony’s for their offshore experience, was great and very reasonable. There are also parasails and wave runners all along the beach. The rental company was great and helpful! I will definitely rent with them again. Just an FYI this condo requires two adults over age 30 to rent and no more than 6 peeps allowed, bring face cover for the common areas. Hope this helps and we give our whole experience here a 5 🤩�!
