Bedroom 2 invites you to rest with a plush king-size bed, a Smart TV and courtyard views. A shared full bathroom is thoughtfully positioned nearby. The third bedroom is ideal for children thanks to the twin-over-full bunkbed with twin trundle.

The first floor contains the shared living spaces plus a fourth bedroom. Lounge on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV and step onto the patio for a courtyard view. On this floor, you will also find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

DETAILS TO NOTE:

~ Community pool and fitness center: Located in the Village of Blue Mountain Beach, 10-minute walk.

~ Wrist bands for the pool gate card and 10 amenities are found inside the home. There will be a $150 fee for each missing wristband and pool card.

~ Three vehicle driveway: Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

~ Private deeded beach access: Deeded/dedicated/private beach access at Blue Lupine Way. The home has a private beach.

~ Distance to the beach: 6-minute walk (0.3 miles)

~ Public beach access: Available on Blue Mountain Road, a 15-minute walk (0.5 miles). Blue Lupine Way beach access has no parking.

~ Complimentary bicycles are provided (4): For access, a waiver must be signed, and the lock code will be provided. Failure to return the bicycles in the designated space and in good condition will result in a $150 fee. La Dolce Vita.

~ Boat parking: Boats, trailers and RVs are prohibited from parking on premises.

~ Trash disposal Pickup: Mondays and Thursdays. Bring trash bins to the curb after 6 p.m. on the evening prior for pick-up and bring them back in by the end of the day. Cans must be out of sight of the street. Failure to bring bins back in may result in a fine from the HOA.
