House lay out was not good for little kids. First floor was very hot, air condition wasn’t working well.. BBQ pit had maggots. The filter on the Coffee maker was not changed and had mold, so did the pots and pans.. The house was close to the beach and golf cart was a plus .

Great location, you can walk to the beach or take a cart (about half a mile) and tlu can see the ocean from the top floor. Nice pool, a bit small but we aren’t there to swim laps. Very well maintained house, spacious with lots of common areas to hang out if weather is bad. You can side anywhere on golf cart

I have stayed many times with silver sands but this time was not the best. The house was beautiful and was everything we needed. Unfortunately the pool was really dirty, the WiFi didn’t work, one bathroom was left a mess, curtain rods were broken and left on the floor. All the towels were left in the dryer. My family spent time cleaning everything because we were not confident it was cleaned properly. I had to figure out how to turn on the pool system and I spent some time cleaning out the pool. I did place a call for service but no one came out. One gentleman did come out after hours to clean the restroom when I called the first time. I will be returning but hopefully with a little better experience.
