The open-plan living area looks out to the covered balcony with a view of the Savannah River just beyond the natural dunes. The living room includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV.
Guests will also enjoy a furnished private balcony, where you will enjoy watching ships and shrimp boats pass you by. The condo also has in-unit WIFI for your convenience. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
It is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Savannah Beach and Racquet Office, community charcoal grills, bike racks, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. It’s such a sweet home away from home! We were very comfortable. So close to Savannah, so we had the best of both worlds within a 15 minute ride.

Es war eine freundliche , saubere, recht neu renovierte Unterkunft. Wir hatten Probleme beim Check In, da der Türcode trotz vorheriger ausführlichster Bekanntgabe ( Vertrag ist online zu unterfertigen) sämtlicher e-Mail- und Telefonkontaktmöglichkeiten nicht zugestellt wurde.Das war leider eine sehr teure Hotline- Interaktion. Leider waren auch der Ofen und Herd nicht an das Stromnetz angeschlossen ,dsbzgl hat Tybee rentals erst nach Kontaktnahme mit dem Airbnb Support reagiert. Dennoch, nachdem die technischen Mängel behoben wurden, eine sympathische Unterkunft mit Parkplatz im Mündungsgebiet des Savannahriver .
