Everyone will enjoy the open concept design of Sun Caper 807. Rooms flow from one to another, allowing everyone to be part of the fun whether in the kitchen, living room or on the lanai. There’s plenty of comfortable seating for watching TV on the large flat-screen. Or, lean back in one of the recliners and take a snooze. It’s that relaxing.
Just beyond the living room is the covered, screened lanai that you can access through sliding glass doors. A full wall of glass lets the incredible view come right into your condo.
If you decide to eat in at Sun Caper 807, you’ll be pleased with the equipment, cookware, and serving ware available in your kitchen. There are plenty of cabinets and expansive countertops that are so helpful for dinner prep. Of course, you can also take steaks or seafood down to the community grilling area and show off your barbecuing skills. You’ll especially want to grill if you’ve booked a fishing excursion at Santini Marina and caught a big fish!
Use your kitchen pass-through window to get everything on your dining room table. You can eat in the dining room or take your dinner out on the lanai and enjoy your excellent view. Food seems to taste better when it’s eaten outdoors.
After a day of play and exploration, your master bedroom will look like a dream come true. Your king-sized bed is perfectly situated to watch favorite late-night programs on the TV and you have a breathtaking view of the Gulf through your large windows. Before you drift off the deep sleep, take a moment to slip through your sliding glass door onto the lanai to watch the moon rise over the waters.

One of the great things about staying at Sun Caper 807 is its proximity to so many of the things you want to do. You are close to Lovers Key Recreation Area, with its bikes and kayaks to rent. Explore the preserve or hike down to one of Lovers Key’s secluded coves. The beachcombing is great. You can also jump on the trolley that runs north and south on Fort Myers Beach every 20 minutes. It’s a great way to visit Times Square and Santini Marina Plaza without hassling with traffic. br>
There’s plenty to do in and around Sun Caper 807. Right on the property is a beautiful pool with many lounge chairs where you can sunbathe and enjoy the salty Gulf breezes. There’s also an exercise center in the Sun Caper community. Visit to work off some calories from the excellent meals you’ll enjoy in Fort Myers Beach. nice property, well kept. condo was freshly painted and all appliances in good working order. master bedroom mattress was a bit too soft for myself and wife. close to gulf of mexico, but have to walk around a lagoon to access the beach. 5-10 minute walk.
