In Spanish, “Vista Soleade Casita” means, “little house with a sunny view.” And never was a house better named than this supremely comfortable casita near one of America’s most distinctive cities.

The views of the distant mountains are incredible, and you can bet most of them will be sunny, seeing as how Santa Fe averages 320 sunny days each year. Plus, you’re just three blocks from Santa Fe Plaza and historic downtown Santa Fe with its amazing architecture, the original Spanish Market Square, the 17th Century Palace of the Governors, the New Mexico Museum of Art, and the Loretto Chapel with its unusual spiral staircase winding up to the choir loft. From this convenient location you can also visit nearby pueblos and immerse yourself in the rich Native American history and culture. The area around Santa Fe is a hub for skiers, mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, river rafters, and so much more.

Vista Soleade Casita sleeps six people (and your pet!) and is built in the Pueblo Revival adobe style with lots of lovely Southwestern touches both indoors and out. A light, bright, open living area features tiled floors, wood ceilings (complete with viga beams), comfortable furnishings, a corner kiva fireplace and a large flat-screen cable TV with Blu-Ray player. Gather at the dining table in the eat-in kitchen to enjoy a family meal, board game, or view of the distant mountains. Handsomely tiled, this spacious space’s expansive wood cabinets are well stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you’ll need to prepare your favorite Mexican dishes (or heat leftovers from one of the many culinary delights the area has to offer).

Vista Soleade Casita’s primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, dual nightstands with reading lamps, ceiling fan, and a beautifully tiled en suite full bathroom. Bringing the kids? The second bedroom boasts a pair of comfortable twin-size beds, ceiling fan and a second en suite bathroom so waiting in line for the shower is kept to a minimum. A private patio with outdoor seating offers a spacious retreat where you can sit and enjoy sunny days and starry skies nights, and if you feel like some extra relaxation, head over to the community pool and hot tub!

Ready for your Southwest adventure? Lock down your dates at Vista Soleade Casitas now and prepare for the vacation of a lifetime!
