Carmel Sunday is a charming vacation retreat in Deep Creek, offering convenient access to the lake and local attractions. The beautifully decorated interior provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The great room on the middle level features a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding and planning adventures. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze and there's an outdoor dining area with a gas grill on the deck for cookouts. The primary bedroom on this level features wood accents, a king-size bed and a private bath with a shower and jetted tub.

On the upper level, the rec room is a kid's paradise, with a balcony for scenic views and board games. Two additional bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping options. The lower-level family room is a lively space with a pool table, gas fireplace and access to a patio with a hot tub. Two more bedrooms are connected by a Jack n Jill bath.

The large yard is ideal for outdoor activities, including horseshoes, tetherball and disc golf. A community lake access area is a short walk away, offering opportunities for swimming, fishing and kayaking. There's also a dock slip for boating. Despite its secluded feel, you're only a ten-minute drive from restaurants, marinas, markets and more.

Please add to the description that the dock slip can only be used if you own/bring your own pontoon boat. If you want to rent a boat you will need to dock it where you rent it because this house is on the other side of the state bridge and there is a height restriction. Therefore the boat can't be taken back to the house to be kept at the dock slip. I even asked guest services and specifically asked for a recommendation for a marina that we could rent from, to dock at the dock slip at that particular house and mentioned the bridge and height restriction. I was given the name of 2 marinas and led to believe we would be able to store it at the house's dock slip. It was very disappointing when we called all the Marinas and were informed that wasn't the case.

This is our second year celebrating 4th of July at Deep creek. We had to enjoyed more this year, since this house is so close to the beach area in the National park, also offer a dock spot. My brother had a spot for his boat. Everything was amazing inside a lot games to keep the little ones and big one’s entertained. Our only suggestion will be… the grill, definitely needs to be replaced, we tried to used it in our first day there making some hamburgers but it was a disaster, the flame goes only half way, didn’t grilled all the way through. Definitely thinking to return back next year to celebrate once again 4th of July. Thank you Carmel Sunday!!

The house was very nice, loved the 3 different floors so if we wanted to be loud we didn't disrupt the ones sleeping. There were a few things that need fixed in the house (garbage disposal was broken, dishwasher backed up into the sink when it drained and the dishwasher itself was loose. 3rd floor deck has some bad boards. Toilet on second floor ran the entire weekend). Overall nice place and would definitely rent again.
