Description
The beach is a short drive from the house, by car, or rent a golf cart from the concierge service-ask your vacation planner. Bring your boat and tie off at the house, fish for trout, redfish and even flounder! The Texas Star has underwater night fishing lights (not guaranteed) for the avid fisherman. A new 16’ a custom-made bar has been added to the entertainment area downstairs at Texas Star. This bar has a new 40” TV with satellite and music channels. The Texas Star boat dock will accommodate up to a 24’ boat. Guests may launch their boats at the Jamaica Beach boat ramp (no fee to launch).
This home has been recently updated with comfortable and luxurious furnishings and accessories. The ground floor has a separate mother-in-law quarter (fourth bedroom) with a queen bed, full bath, and living area. The ground floor is not connected by an interior staircase to the main house. This mother-in-law suite even has a kitchenette with a coffee bar and refrigerator! The lower living area has a newly installed A/C in 2019! The living area of the mother-in-law suite also has a full/full bunk.
Walk up the steps to the main living area of the house which features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is welcoming for both cooks and guests! The living area in the main part of the house has a large entertainment center with 60"" flat-screen TV. The kitchen area is completely updated with a wrap-around bar and preparation area so food preparation and socializing become one. The sleeping area includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed.

JAMAICA BEACH
Jamaica Beach Texas is one of the most popular beaches and sought-after neighborhoods when it comes to vacation rentals – what it lacks in size, it makes up for action during the summer months, holidays and event weekends! Jamaica Beach is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Seawall (8 miles), and but not too far away from most of the island attractions (10 miles from 61st Street). Jamaica Beach also has it’s own community pool and private marina and boat ramp, Regatta Basin, a community pavilion and playground.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Jamaica Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

7 Adults comfortably share this beautiful spacious Lakefront home in celebration of friend's turning 50! Equipped with all the necessary tools. NJOYED the inside and out. However, after only two hrs of our arrival the CABLE went out NOT ALLOWING us to have any access to any of the TV's for the duration of our 3 day stay I could only imagine if we stayed 7 days the outcome. This was a huge disappointment for allllll! And this could shake are break anyone returning especially after getting maintenance to make two trips a day after our arrival We trouble shouted, they troub shoot and we were on the phone with direct TV for answers.Still, no good results and was told service man would be here on wed, days after our departure. NEVERTHELESS, WE ADULTS made the best of our stay with great laughter, games and divine fellowship! LOUISIANA AND TEXAS FOLKS Living our BLESS life 2018 MAKINGMEMORIES WITH TEXAS STAR, MERCI BEAUCOUP!
