Beautiful place to stay while staying on 30A!

The property and condo are amazing. The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. If you are staying longer than two days make sure to stop at Publix and get dishwashing tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry pods. It was Stocked with a very small amount of these items and we ran out of all of it in the first two days. So do yourself a favor and just stock up when you get here. There were plenty of bath towels, but only one dish towel in the kitchen. The condo is beachfront, but if you don’t make a reservation for a beachfront chair prior to your arrival you will have to walk down to the public beach to sit beachfront. That was extremely frustrating. The entire beachfront except for one small space is run by a third party and you have to reserve the chairs way in advance. We got here and they were sold out of beachfront chairs for the week!! I was very upset that I rented a beachfront condo so I would have beachfront seats at my doorstep and had to walk to the public beach and rent chairs. I would definitely come back here and stay in this unit, but so would stick up on products when I got here and I would make sure chairs were available when booking the condo and would reserve the chairs at the same time. Knowing those two things ahead of time would have made my stay here perfect!

Excellent location, spacious, well appointed, fully stocked kitchen, bedrooms feel spacious and it sleeps a lot of people.

This is a beautiful, comfortable condo with perfect ocean views. It accommodated our multigenerational family very well with an elevator and all on one level. We loved watching the dolphins in the morning and the sunsets from the balcony. We hated to leave! I’m glad I read other people reviews and took additional paper products and basic kitchen supplies. The kitchen appliances are outstanding, but the silverware, Teflon pots and pans, coffee maker and utensils (specifically the can opener) need to be be updated as they are showing lots of wear. No beach chairs or towels are provided and that is such a shame as the beach is outstanding! It would have been nice to be able to sit on the beach. The heated ocean front pool was still very chilly. We did swim but could not tolerate the temperature for very long. Overall, this is a beautiful condo in a great location and we hope to return.
