The public beach access by the condo is a very small strip of land with private property on both sides. You are much better off going a mile or two down the road to the state park and using their beach access and amenities for the $3 entrance fee. There is almost zero public beach front to set up at for the day via the access by the condo. The state park was amazing though!

The condo was quaint, but just the right size for a few days with a family of 4. The dryer didn't heat, which was disappointing since we wanted to do some laundry and we had some trouble with ants one night, but that didn't spoil our vacation. We wish the public beach access it is across from wasn't flanked immediately by private beaches because the public part was such a small spot that we had to find somewhere else to hang on the beach for the day. Overall though, it was a great condo and a great vacation! We would stay there again.
