The beach was fantastic and the unit was very walkable. The place is a bit dated but clean and the Southern team was very helpful. They responded very quickly. I will say that I wouldn’t consider the third bedroom to be a bedroom at all. The room just inside the front door should not have been considered a bedroom. It has no closet, dresser or drawers. Only a bunk bed. I guess this would work for a couple of small children but was not a room for an adult.

No complaints other than the checkout time - 9am. It's on the early side compared to other properties in the area. The unit was nice, great view and we appreciated the beach service being included. The unit is good for a small family.

A great stay with location being prime. Pool is heated. Home was aged. Recommendations- 1) they should have building recycling 2) Partnership with a local food pantry for guests unopened, unused and in date canned goods, toiletries (e.g. - laundry detergent, toilet paper) 3) collection bin for beach toys that are in great condition that guests can use while they are here.

Note you are supplied with a basic amount of toilet paper and garbage bags. For a family of 8, we got through two days on a 7 day rental. Home was in a great location, quiet and very family friendly. Location is great to less congested beaches. Sleeping 8 is a bit hard. The pull out couch is there but not ideal. 6 had great sleeping arrangements. Checking in code was not accurately provided for us and we had to get this remotely changed. This rental for us was completed through air bnb but had to use a separate portal for all information. Overall a 4 out of 5. If just 6 of us were coming next time we would rent again.

Had a good experience the only down fall was the last night having trouble getting back into our condo. But southern vacation rentals was very prompt and helpful.
