- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

This was a great place, and we did enjoy our stay. Only 1 issue we had, is the checkout time of 9 AM. Why is this? should be 10 or 11 AM. 9 AM is too early of day of departure. Thank you.

We normally stay further out in the Fort Morgan area but decided to stay closer to all the restaurants this time. This location was relatively new & modern and very well laid out. There’s a pool onsite for the small community to use and the private beach is right across the street which has a traffic light to stop oncoming traffic. I would definitely recommend staying here for your beach trip.
