Sea View 2 is a large one-bedroom, one-bath apartment in a great location! Enjoy more space to spread out with 900 square feet of living space. Located on the ground level of a historic Tybee building with ocean views from the shared furnished porch. Located just four houses back from the beach and within two blocks of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Tybee Pier.

The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is table seating for 4. The bedroom is located off the kitchen and is furnished with a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a twin bed. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub). There is wireless internet available for guest use.

PLEASE NOTE: Stand-Up Shower Only in Bathroom (No Tubs), 1 Reserved Parking Place is provided. You must walk up 3 steps to reach this level.

This Historic Sea View Apartment building was originally built in 1924 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Each Unit includes the use of shared amenities that include: Two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. The top-level porch features a nice ocean view. Rinse off after a day at the beach in one of two enclosed outdoor showers, a great amenity, especially for families. In the backyard, there is a patio with Gas Grill and seating available for guest use and a shared laundry room. All units feature WIFI access and Satellite TV.

This property was amazing. The beach is literally steps away from your front door. The house was clean and the perfect size for my family of four plus our two large dogs. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The beach is so clean and beautiful and the town is so safe and not crowded like other beaches we have stayed at. I felt safe enough to walk my dogs at 2 am alone. I will never stay at another beach and will definitely book again with Tybee Vacation Rentals. I literally have nothing bad to say. Our trip was amazing! Thank you Tybee Vacation Rentals for helping me book the perfect place! We are customers for life! ❤️

The staff at Tybee Vacation Rentals is top notch. This is our 3rd year with TVR and in a 2nd home, and they have been very responsive to messages and any issue we've had. The parking can be tight if you have a large vehicle, but we love the location's proximity to places we'd like to be. We would recommend TVR and this location to anyone, except for the week we want to reserve. :-)
