that they would need to bring paper plates and silverware to eat their meals. that there are no instructions that are personalized to the condo. that they will have quite a trek to the beach - especially if they are traveling with older family members. the sand is deep and can be hard to manage. that they will have to spend extra time to pick up badges (without any instructions) and parking passes before they can go straight to the condo and make an extra trip on the way home. that the view is gorgeous and everyone is friendly that they will be competing for parking and more than likely will not be able to park close to the condo for loading and unloading.

pros: awesome view of ocean 2 balconies location to good food nice decor/freshly updated (except for second bedroom) quiet prompt response by management for lock issues cons: had to go to separate location to pick up/drop off parking passes and beach access badges no documentation in condo (or on guest portal) for instructions on how to use beach badges/ dumpster location secondary upstairs bathroom has no storage space for counter/shower very minimal cooking/utensils/plates walk to beach is quite long and can be problematic for those with mobility issues bugs on ceiling of patio/ fly into the unit upstairs secondary bedroom very small and not ideal for couples sharing a condo lock code did not work
