The location is great and it was a perfect size house for our needs. However, for the price, I feel the owner is poorly maintaining the house and would look elsewhere in the future. I will also add that I chose this house because a friend rented it years ago and I visited her briefly. This house has declined a lot since I saw it.

The layout of the house is awesome and the decks on the Oceanside and street side are nice to have especially with the built in dog gates. The kitchen has everything you need but a working can opener.

The back door needs work, we were not able to close it without kicking it open. The fan in the living area was in operable. the outside stairs from the deck to the beach are a safety hazard. They were difficult to navigate due to warping
