There is seating at the dining room for six and a kitchen bar that seats four. The living area includes a pull out sleeper sofa. There is a flat screen television. Summer Salt's master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a private bath. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the bunkroom. The bunk bedroom houses a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. There are flat screen televisions in every bedroom. The second bathroom is very spacious. Summer Salt is beautifully furnished with all new furniture.

Excellent property and location. Quiet neighborhood. Slope on driveway is a little hard with golf carts but we managed. Pool does get warm but still an awesome amenity. We enjoyed having such easy access to swim all day. House is comfortable and was stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans and appliances needed. Would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

The curb on the driveway not being sloped was very annoying to keep going over it in a golf cart or our car. Not sure why it was the only driveway that was not properly finished. Just one of those things that was frustrating over and over. There is absolutely no shade at all on the swimming pool. It is in full sun all day long. Very hard on us red headed, pale people! Rooms are pretty cramped, I don't know how 10 people could sleep in that house. Maybe 4 adults, 6 small kids. It was fine for our family of 4, but if there were 10 adults, or 10 older grown kids, I think that would be hard. Master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. Bring mosquito spray! Not sure if it's because house is adjacent to the marsh, stagnant water or what, but we have never seen mosquitos that bad in all our summers in Port A! But overall the house was fine for us. Well stocked, nice pool furniture, pretty good location.Just giving feedback I think other families might want to know.

This is the second time staying at summer salt. The pool is the best part of the home. There was a strong fish smell inside the home when we arrived but it did go away within the next few days. Dryer does not dry very fast but overall it is perfect for our family!
