RNR Tybee Island House consists of 3 separate apartments. Unit A is a studio-style 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully updated apartment. A full kitchen, a small table for two, a living area with Smart TV, a King bed, and a full-size washer and dryer.
Unit B is a three-bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment with all-new fixtures and furnishings. Guests will love the precise attention to detail throughout the fun and functional spaces. The spacious living area is on the second floor, and it includes a large flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa, and an open-concept chef's kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a half bathroom. This level includes Bedroom 1, with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, and Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a Smart TV.
Unit C is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment with three ground-floor bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A King with an attached full bathroom, a King bedroom, and a Queen bedroom share a full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen, living room, and half bathroom are upstairs.
From the upstairs living level in Apartment B, walk outside onto the attached back deck. This private deck includes a dining table for 6, a gas grill, and a sundeck with partial ocean views. The ground-level plunge pool is great for cooling off after a day at the beach. There is off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles on the property. This home is truly one of a kind and will be an incredible place to enjoy all of what makes Tybee Island a special destination to enjoy year after year.

Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for a fee of $35 per day (not available in January or February).
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is NOT pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Nicely renovated beach property. The pool was a hit with everyone, the separate living spaces were both nice at times and a bit of a challenge to have everyone in the same area to eat or hang out. We managed that just fine, really was our only struggle. Loved how close it is to Savannah for daytime and nighttime getaways. Location on the island itself is a bit odd as it’s off the main stretch of road so there is a decent amount of traffic at all times of day, but the house is quiet and you can’t hear any of it. Tl;dr: beautiful space, steps to the beach, could just use a little more seating/dining capacity for families using all 3 units at the same time.

The check-in was a nightmare. We were supposed to get a text message with our keycodes for the locks at 4pm and the company was adamant to not call until you receive your text. I finally called the "after hours" line after waiting until past 6 and we didn't get our codes until around 8:30. I never received any kind of follow-up to apologize or check on us. We did have an issue w/ a wasp nest later in the stay and they were very responsive on that Apart from that, the stay was great. The area is nice, the apartments were perfectly fine for what we needed. We had 2 families staying with 7 kids total ranging from 8 to 19 years old. It is a bit disjointed renting the whole place and trying to go back and forth between units but it was also nice to have privacy at times. Overall, the units were very clean upon arrival. There were some other minor issues, but to be expected staying in a rental property during busy season. The pool is small, but it worked well to cool off and the kids enjoyed it. This unit is close to the beach, but you really can't see the beach very well because some taller units are in the way. The pictures are a bit deceptive in that sense. All in all, I would recommend this unit for multi-family vacationers that want to have a separate area to retreat to at night. And I would stay w/ the rental company again but I would definitely be more proactive about making sure check-in goes smoothly.

- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
