You’ll find two parking spaces available for your cottage. Rent a golf cart for a quick and fun access to the beach and around town and park it in your 2nd spot! Please know there is no overflow parking especially in the retail area.
Live the coastal lifestyle at Old Town Cottages! Each cottage features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two sets of twin-over-twin bunks in the second bedroom. Each bedroom features a sleek design and comes with a 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV. A queen sleeper sofa rounds out the sleeping arrangements in the living room. Each cottage has two full baths, including one in the primary bedroom with its own full bath and walk-in shower.
The dual kitchen and living spaces have everything you need to relax in comfort and style, including a 50-inch Smart TV. The modern kitchen features granite countertops, state-of-the-art stainless appliances and all the equipment necessary to prepare everything from a quick beach snack to a gourmet meal. Super communication and working with us by Cheryl. We had some check-in challenges with codes, cooling and emails. Cheryl was with us the entire time, ensuring our rental and Vacation went well. Appreciate the client focus. Terrific cottages and amenities. This is our second stay and will do so again this fall.

The cottage was SO CUTE! It had a very cozy “Seaside” look & feel about it inside. The unit was, however, missing body & hand towel hooks or bar to hang towels throughout the cottage. It also has EXTREMELY SLOW Wi-Fi/internet (almost not worth using). The golf cart that was part of the rental unit was still covered in dirt/sand and only half a tank of gas upon arrival. The unit itself is positioned directly on the street and next to the “Salty Dog” saloon/honky-tonk (unknown to us prior to our visit), and was VERY NOISY in the late evening-2am every night. Thankfully there was a stand-up fan in the cottage we were able to turn up high so the kids weren’t woken as often with those who drove by so late into the night with their music blasting. There also was no hose around the cottages anywhere to clean off the cart (as required), upon departure. When calling to confirm check-in and cottage A/C not cooling down in the unit, the man who answered was VERY rude and responded by saying he would only come out to check, “I we were going to be LIKE THAT”. Very unprofessionally and reflects poorly on the mgmt company and I’m sure not what they would hope for in an employee customer-service response. Overall, loved our time at Old Town Cottages & made the most of our time there, despite some of the issues!

The place was nice however the TV service/internet was AWFUL! We had to call someone out there to fix when we first got there. Then they didn't fix the bunkbed room tv so we called them out again and nobody ever showed up after calling twice. Its disappointing when you call maintenance to fix something and they just blow you off.
