The kitchen has an elevated pass-through bar into the dining area with two high-boy bar seats on the dining area side. There is ample granite counter space. Opposite the seating area is a credenza and large flat screen TV. A wide expanse of sliding glass doors takes you to the screened in and well-furnished balcony overlooking a lake with fountain.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps and a tall double dresser with flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the balcony. The bathroom has two vanities with lavatories with storage space beneath, a deep soaking tub, a separate commode room and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door. The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamp and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has two full-size beds and a double dresser with flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bath has a nicely tiled tub/shower combination with glass doors, commode and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath.
