I wanted a/asked for condo I could walk right into. No elevator. No steps. I have breathing issues & on oxygen, & doing those steps almost killed me, so to speak. I would not recommend this condo for a person like me. It may be ok for anybody else. Also the bushes was too high on the back, and sitting there, you couldn't even see the road. Mostly skies only. Inside was awesome. One tub was a little sluggish though. Washing machine wouldn't work, but maintenance got right on it. They tried to get the fire place going but it wouldn't come on. Would of liked it to been on.

We couldn't find pillowcases for the extra pillows, so we had to open the pack of linens for the pullout couch. We didn't need the sheets but needed the pillowcases. The beds are comfortable. There was construction going on in either the unit above or beside us. They started moving things and using power tools around 7 a.m., which is too early to make that much noise at a vacation property. We understand that updates and maintenance are necessary, but 7 a.m. is too early when you are there to rest and relax. We lost our key fob for the van, and the staff was helpful in trying to help us find it. We greatly appreciate those efforts. Also, the contract said 10 was the check-out time, however, the paperwork in the unit had 11. Please update that as we had it in our mind 11 was okay per the in-unit information. We love the pool options and comfort this facility provides. Thanks.
