Located just a block from beautiful Ormond Beach, Plaza Cottage is an ideal headquarters for your Florida beach vacation. No packing up the car and hassling with traffic. Simply grab your towel for the short walk to the beach. With all the restaurants and shopping of Daytona Beach close by, you can savor some of the best seafood of your life. Bring your dog because it’s welcome at Plaza Cottage too!

Park your car off-street in the Plaza Cottage driveway. No matter the heat outdoors, when you walk into Plaza Cottage you’ll be cool and comfortable thanks to central air-conditioning. The living room is a good place to settle in for a chat, to watch a movie on the HD Smart TV with cable, or to check out websites for area attractions on your free Wi-Fi. Or, perhaps you’d like the peace and quiet of the back patio with Canna Lilies and lots of grass where the kids can play. If you’re not dining out, you’ll appreciate the fully equipped Plaza Cottage kitchen. All you add is ingredients from the local grocery store and you’ll be ready to prepare your favorite dishes. Your group can gather around the handsome glass dining table that seats six. This table is also a fun place for board and card games or for planning your next day’s adventures. Beyond the dining room is a family room outfitted with a comfortable couch and armchair along with another HD Smart TV.

After a day on the beach, golfing or fishing, it will feel great to settle into your king-size bed and watch a little late-night TV as the ceiling fan lures you off to a deep sleep. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and handsome vintage furniture. Guests share the Plaza Cottage bathroom and there’s a half bath too. If your group includes more than four, two guests can sleep on the queen-size sofa sleeper. As an added convenience, you have a washer and dryer within the home.

I have stayed in multiple vacation homes (Abnb/Vbro) and this was by far the nicest. Beautifully appointed and totally equipped for a short-term (or in my case a 6-month) stay. in addition to the Beautiful home, the neighborhood is quite safe and the location is close to everything and easy to access. I would recommend this property to anyone.
