It’s quite a walk to the beach if you walk, but the part of the beach that’s within walking distance is extremely crowded. However right down the road is the state park and it wasn’t crowded at all and they allow tents there as well.

Reality break is a very nice upscale home, and easily slept our party of 10. I’m not sure about 18 but could definitely sleep 15. Love the large table- All of us could sit and eat, as well as a very large outdoor patio and yard and pool. The walk to the beach was a little further than we normally like, but we bought beach cart and advance, and did not even end up renting a golf cart, but that would be helpful. One person would just drive all of the stuff and as many people down to the stop and run the beach and we went unload, and then that person could ride their bike back down. We loved having the bikes! They were a very lovely addition!
