Downstairs includes all bedrooms and the laundry area. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and a Smart TV, and Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed and a Smart TV. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a full-size washer and dryer to make laundry a breeze.
Your friends and family will have a blast at this fun Tybee apartment, built to offer a premium guest experience in a prime location near everything Tybee has to offer. The nearest public beach access is steps away at 2nd Street. Enjoy fantastic restaurants and shops just a short stroll away.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. This was an ideal property. Great location. Easy walk to beach up private path. There are also ice cream shop and restaurants close by. The property itself was perfect. Brand new everything! The only thing missing was a microwave and they immediately sent one when I called, within minutes. More seating in the living room would be great. A key/keypad for the back door would be nice as well. It was very clean and well stocked My only complaint was that it was advertised there was a pool, but it turned out that was not available to all units (there are 3 in the building). Over great place snd would definitely recommend!

The house was super clean, nicely furnished and had an awesome kitchen with good gadgets that made cooking a breeze. The location is great, as it is only a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. For awareness, it does face the road on the front door side and traffic is definitely audible, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, a great place to stay!!

The vaca was awesome. The rental was really really nice and very accommodating, close to the beach, the grocery store was within distance as well. Leaving the island to downtown Savannah was easy. Will consider when booking another vaca.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
